Hi there! I’m Zoé.
I’m a trained Opera singer, communication expert and Image Consultant. I became a Life Coach because I love helping people navigate through periods of change and overcome obstacles by thinking outside the box.
I make it my priority to build your confidence, help you realise and communicate your needs and assist you in making them a reality. Consider me your own personal cheerleader!
As a professional opera singer I have learned a lot about practicing resilience, building confidence and presenting yourself in an authentic and impactful way. Throughout this process and through having worked with the voice for over 15 years, I have observed the powerful connection that exists between the voice, our body and our emotions and how this connection can be used as a tool for self-actualisation. These are insights that I integrate into my Life Coaching work.
I also strongly believe in the power of our inner voice and can speak to the benefit we begin to experience once we learn to listen to it. I have found it to be a great asset in pursuing a life that feels authentic to oneself, allowing us to better communicate our needs and set clearer boundaries.
Having experienced the benefits of coaching first hand, I think of coaching as an invaluable tool that allows us to practise more compassion with ourselves as well as with others, and helps us operate at our highest level.
I completed my coaching training with EDelia Ireland and am an EMCC (European Mentoring and Coaching Council) accredited Coach at Practitioner level. I am also a member of the EMCC Germany.
In my sessions I encourage you to reflect, look back, look forward and dream big. The space I provide for you is private, completely confidential and entirely yours to take up. Come as you are, this is a judgement free zone.
I coach in both English and German.

My approach
My life coaching method involves a combination of positive psychology techniques, mindfulness and transpersonal coaching. This includes work like understanding and overcoming blockages, (re)connecting you with your intuition, getting you in touch with your deepest wishes and needs and empowering you to make those a reality. The goal of my coaching is for you to free yourself from anything holding you back and to move forward confidently and independently.
Why coaching?
Coaching is an incredibly versatile practice that brings more awareness, independence and empowerment to anyone who chooses to enter into it. In coaching the independence and enablement of the client is the priority. Any tools and practices you learn during your coaching sessions will forever remain accessible to you for whenever obstacles or challenges arise.
If you’ve never had a coaching before, don’t know what to expect and don’t know whether coaching is for you, just get in touch and I’ll be happy help you figure it out.
The Space
I hold my sessions in my own practice called heart|mind studio. It’s a private space, that has been carefully furnished and decorated to radiate a peaceful and calming energy.
heart|mind studio is located in the Berlin neighbourhood of Schöneberg, just a hop and skip away from the buzzing Schöneberg shopping area of Akazien- and Goltzstraße. It’s on the ground floor of a historically listed building, and easily accessible by public transport and car.
